Join us for our Sugar Plum Gala December 6 at 7pm with special guest EMCEE, DJ Debbie and our amazing sponsors with proceeds benefitting Bridging the Gap of Van Zandt County. Bridging the Gap of Van Zandt County is a 501c3 whose mission is to provide community resources for in home health patients and other at need seniors who have personal needs outside of those covered by healthcare programs. They literally bridge the gap by filling in with assistance for items and resources not covered by these programs.
