OUR STORY

Established in 2019 by Paige Redding & later joined by Susan Milbauer in 2021, NEW LIFE HOME HEALTHCARE has operated with the mission to redefine home healthcare by prioritizing patient relationships over insurance claims. Drawing from personal experiences in the industry, this team tirelessly strives to enhance care standards and create an environment where patients are treated like family. The brand was founded on the principle of promoting a culture of compassion and personalized support, and this has remained the brand hallmark since its inception.

We pride ourselves in having a great team of Home Health Care professionals that includes Skilled Nurses, Therapists, Medical Social Workers, and Home Health Aides to evaluate and determine the absolute best treatment programs designed to meet the specific needs of each individual patient. Our staff work with you to develop an individualized, comprehensive care plan to provide the best care possible from your home.

Proposition of new ownership

July 19: Paige Redding, RN proposed as the new owner.
July 20: A close family friend invests silently, encouraging the transition.
July 22: Ownership transfer progresses.

August 2019

August 12: Paige Redding, RN, and Brianne Rogerson officially take ownership, based in Dallas, TX, with plans to relocate to East Texas.

January 2020

Billing changes

January 1: Medicare billing model changes significantly impact the business. The team includes 13 members, with 2 L VNs.

March 2020

Covid-19

March 12: Amid the COVID-19 pandemic, New Life opts to treat COVID patients, a requirement to continue operations. Many competitors close. New Life secures a PPP grant to sustain its employees.

May 2020

Relocation

May 8: Relocated to a l0xl0 office in Wills Point, TX.

December 2020

Transfer of 1/2 ownership

December: Brianne Rogerson proposes transferring her 1/2 ownership to Susan Milbauer

May 2021

Tax Debt

May: Discovers $150,000 in employee tax debt from the original owner.

July 2021

Clears debt

July: Clears debts and gains full ownership.

August 2021

PHC Coordinator

August: Hires a PHC Coordinator. With space constraints, staff alternate between office and remote work. The team grows to about 50 employees .

February 2022

Veteran care

February: Contracts with the VA to provide veteran care.

August 2022

August: Becomes completely debt-­free, clearing all dues, including to the IRS and the silent investor.

September 2022

Wills point chamber of commerce

September: New Life Joins the Wills Point Chamber of Commerce.

November 2022

Vision board

November: Hosts an Employee Vision Board Night, envisioning a white house for offices, cars for employees, and a beautiful backyard with a pool to offer aqua therapy to our patients.

December 2022

New space

December: Moves to a 1,200 sq ft office off Hwy 64. Begins discussions on starting a nonprofit.

January 2023

100+ Employees

January: Employee count exceeds 100, prompting the need for HR department.

February 2023

Business operations manager

February: Tyler Jeffrey, MBA, joins as Business Operations Manager

March 2023

Search for larger space

March: Searches for a larger office space within Wills Point.

June 2023

Bridging the gap

June 21: Establishes Bridging the Gap of VZC, with Tabetha Smith as Director.

July 2023

First annual employee appreciation party

July 8: Celebrates the first Annual Employee Appreciation Party.

September 2023

September 15: Purchases 204 Corky Boyd, paying in cash, and begins renovations.

August 2023
